[Ubuntu-eg] Ubuntu-eg council

1-We must see what kind of councils and rules that will lead the community
2-how long will the council be leading the community and what program that
it will achieve
3-what long term goals we as a community are looking for ..and why
community should let that council lead the first stage for

those are question that i think should be asked ...because i have seen lots
of communities rise and fall because of such miss understanding between
community members
