[Ubuntu-eg] open source voting system for egyptian election

Hello guys,

Mr. Khaled Abo ElNaga is completely with the e-Voting process, do we've a
system or the right question can we make a system for the e-Voting ?!!! I
talked to him on twitter & he support the idea! @Ubunuteg mentioned in the
talk! Let's move on & start thinking out of the box & innovate :)))
