Ubuntu 11 | GNOME 3.0

i Have now Ubuntu 10.10 .... thinking about upgrading to 11.04 ... but i
don't like UNITY...so, does anyone have experience about GNOME 3.0 ?? how to
install... problems ...is it stable ...?
