No daylight saving in Egypt --updates

tzdata package is now updated. Check: ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/

Now it is our turn to get Ubuntu 11.04 as the first OS to cancel DST
for Egypt. Once Ubuntu does it, it will spread to the rest of OSs
world wide :D

Who is helping ?
