PHP Language & Web Development

Hi, I'm looking forward to have basic learning of PHP Language and MySQL as
regarding web development.
Is there anyone willing to teach me based in Mansoura?
And I'm hoping that it will be free community service as a part of Ubuntu EG
LoCo activity in spreading Open Source Softwares. =P
