GTUG friends

Not trying to be a troll or anything.

But Ubuntu is a very independent LoCo team.  I understand GTUG want to ride
the ubuntu wagon and get themselves up and running as well.  But if you
notice ALL ubuntu LoCo teams do not involve or include other groups, as this
is an unofficial golden rule.

I understand how you want to get open source communities together, but if
the ubuntu-eg team are to show their "dedication" to ubuntu officials, I
think the ubuntu-eg LoCo team need to be separate from this.

Please let me know what you think, and again take it up to a vote.
