Hey Toulan

I am glad that this hall has been booked. I can provide the following:
a.. Customized LiveCD images for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. (I need a cool logo and wallpaper for our LoCo team)
  b.. Burning CDs.
c.. Ethernet switch, wireless access point and power strips if needed.
d.. Give installation or introduction to Linux sessions (I prefer installation because I know I can do it better than the introduction, yet it still an option)
e.. A complete mirror of Ubuntu archives (both 32-bit and 64-bit) so the installers squad need no internet access for upgrades or any packages installation requested by the attendees (if the customized CD image failed)
Only 18 days to go. Let's do it :D

Thank you
Mohamed Saudi

Hey guys,

I have some good news. We finally managed to book a hall in Faculty of Engineering Cairo University.
The event isA will be on the 8th of May from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, I will let M. Fawzy tell you about the
exact place cause I simply forgot :D

Anyway ... we need to work as fast as we can, cause as you can see, we are on a tight deadline (please
don't blame us, it's all because of bureaucracy). So, who is ready to give sessions and who
will help in the installation part ?

isA we will have a meeting by next week (yet to be decided). Next week anytime after work is fine for me, I will leave the
suggestions for you guys.

@Jonathan: Can we get the banners' designs ready on time ? what about the flyer design ?

Waiting your reply...

Best regards,
Ahmed Toulan.
