PolicyKit and ConsoleKit issues

I guess you have more than just one problem.

Tell me, did u create a user without giving him any privileges and didn't
add him to proper groups ?

If so try opening System -> Administration -> Users and Groups and give your
user the necessary privileges. If that doesn't work try running, one of the
GUI app that refuse to run, from the shell and give us the resulted error.
