jaunty problems

Hey guys,

It's officially out now. X is actually locking up/freezing/crashing with the
new intel driver. That's why compiz blacklisted the device. You never really
appreciate compiz until it's gone, no more compositing, animations or any
eye-candy. It's hell :D

As for the usb mass-storage issue it turned out to be a silly little bug (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/355998), it should be
resolved in post-release updates.

I've been having a cronjob updating and upgrading my machine every 30 for
the last three days. It's already out now so updates won't be quite as
often.
