What MeMo said is right we need to do stuff together before doing the event.
I think that we need to modify
our goals

May be a more detailed goals list will be better and everyone will find
himself something to do in it.  I think
a brain storming session will be very good for us to find ideas for
something to do  for the community.

And about leadership, a leader is someone u choose to follow and I think we
all don't know each other.
May be when we start some real work a leader will pop-up :D
