Hi folks,
I hope you can solve my problem...

I installed Ubuntu 7.10 before on my Desktop & it worked.
Today I tried Kubuntu live cd & it worked also & it's nice appearance...  But....
When I install the Kubuntu  & I passed all step succesfully then restart the PC to enter the Kubuntu, the following happened:
1- GRUB come & ask me to choose which operating system
          Kubuntu
          Kubuntu recovery
            Windows
            fedora
I chose  Kubuntu...
2- it has started with this command lines & (OK) word on last of every line
then stop.
I mean no GUI.
when I click: ctrl+alt+F1 it gave me the terminal (shell)
when I click : ctrl+alt+F7 it gave me black screen & the prompt flashing on right-up corner & no replay....

is it my monitor doesn't support?? but it was working with ubuntu7.10 & working with live Kubuntu8.04 CD.
is there any commend I have to enter??
