IDLELO 4 Conference <http://www.idlelo.net/> is from 17th to 21st, May,
2010 in Accra - Ghana at the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence
in ICT. I really hope you can make it this time.

Your colleagues have requested more presentations from FOSS for
government ;Education; Regulations and Standards; NGOs and Business this
year, so please consider submitting to me a paper that you can present
covering innovations and/or challenges in FOSS. The Sessions and
Community Summit are designed such that they provide unique opportunity
to network, learn and share with each other latest innovations and
challenges in FOSS.
