Tech Plan

Our district's tech plan was "built" online.  Our Technology  
Coordinator wrote most of the first draft to jump start the process.   
Then many chipped in with their ideas and thoughts.

IMHO, a well written and lengthy tech plan can be a blueprint for  
future grant writing opportunities.

And IMHO, a tech plan without staff and teacher input will not work.   
Teacher participation increases the likelihood that the plan will be  
followed.
