Do you mean you want to start an academy to teach computing using Linux/Ubuntu?
 
Or do you mean you want to teach at an existing academy?

I'm from Argentina - La Plata
I'm user of Ubuntu since hoary
I'm thinking to start teach Ubuntu/linux here in mi country to childrens... 9 years and older..., some academy or so. 
I think that's a good idea, teach linux to childrens in a aerly age.
