[ec2] kernel problem on EU instance

Hi

I am trying to use vmbuilder to deploy on the Amazon EU servers. It works
fine on the US server but I get this on the EU server:

Invalid or unaccessible kernel id in ami manifest: aki-a17493c8

How do I fix this?
