[ec2] 'ec2-beta' lists.ubuntu.com mailing list renamed to 'ec2'

The mailing list 'ec2-beta at lists.ubuntu.com' has been re-named to
'ec2-beta at lists.ubuntu.com'.  There is a temporary alias in
place for the old 'ec2-beta' address that will allow posts to be
received on this address, but it will go away in the near future. Please
update your addressbook, and mail filters according to
this change to the list.
