[ec2-beta] Nagios on EC2

Yanet:

We have Nagios working through https at my company.

Other than making sure you have port 443 (HTTPS) open in your security
group, there shouldn't be anything specific to EC2 in setting this up.

You might seek assistance on a Nagios or more general Ubuntu forum.
