[ec2-beta] Usage Cost Script

All,
  I've managed to cobble together a PHP script that can summarize your
AWS account usages like you see by viewing it in your account
(EC2,S3,SQS, etc). Until an official API is released this script
basically logs you into amazon and then scrapes the information from
your account and returns it for your app to use.

If you're interested, email me for it otherwise I will post it when I'm
done polishing it and add the xml formatting - maybe by this weekend.
