[ec2] bundle image to AMI

IIan,

One option is to make use of the following command line utilities
sequentially to accomplish this :
ec2-bundle-vol : To create a bundled ami
ec2-upload-bundle : To upload it to your s3 account
ec2-register: To register your the new uploaded AMI.
