[ec2-beta] can I run ec2-beta free like ubuntu is?

Consigo alocar o  servidor e colocá-lo para funcionar gratuitamente sem
custo inicial até que o projeto esteja estável?

Can I create server e put it to work using free services until they leave
beta status and achieve promote to prodution status? It is free like fsf.org?
