[ec2] ec2 list rename

Hello All.

At the request of the list admins, this list has been renamed from
ec2 at lists.ubuntu.com to ubuntu-ec2 at lists.ubuntu.com.

For now, any postings to the old list alias will be delivered to the list.
However, the old alias will be going away some point in the near future.

For any of you filtering this list using the 'List-Id' header should update
your filters to use the new list name.
