[ec2-beta] ec2-beta and upcoming Ubuntu 9.04

Maybe somone's already asked/answered this... if so sorry for repeating

Given that the ubuntu 9.04 is going to include Eucalyptus will there be a modification or duplication of the
AWS AMI command line tools available that can work with both environments as a hybrid.

For instance if I create an internal Eucalyptus cloud but want to scale out to AWS EC2 will there be one
syntactically common command set to do this?

ie. ec2-bundle-images, ec2-bundle-vol etc  -- or will there end up being 2 different command sets?

I'm hoping there is just one with some kind of cmd switch option to indicate local cloud or EC2
