[ec2-beta] Availability in European region?

Hello Petr,

I just answered your question on Launchpad.  Yes, we do plan do upload
the images on eu-west-1 as soon as the beta is over (or sooner if it is
badly needed - feel free to answer *privately* to avoid filling the ml
with +1).
