I don't think we should confuse team leadership with list
administration. Matthew East is still lurking, and he is a list admin.
So let's just add another admin (I'd suggest Peter Matulis) and be done
with it, so that CC can get off it.
As an side note: I think long since non-involved doc-committers should
be dropped (checking with them first). Currently the list conveys a
false sense of the number of committers.
