Hi! My name is Augustina Blair and I'm interesting in joining the mentoring program. I currently use Ubuntu (Gnome) and Ubuntu Server Edition (with and without ubuntu-desktop). I've been using Ubuntu since 5.10 and I am also an organizer for the Seattle LinuxChix chapter. Experience-wise, I'm sort of a "jill of all trades" in the tech industry. I have a BA/BS in Linguistic Anthropology and Computer Science. I've worked in a variety of roles, as a Systems Engineer, a Release Engineer, and Web Developer. I'm currently pursuing a certification in Technical Communications and am looking for opportunities to contribute to Technical Writing projects to better develop my skills. I don't have any specific areas in mind, but I have reviewed the list and would be happy to take on any outstanding tasks you might need assistance with. Has anyone taken on the Rhythmbox tasks? I was reviewing the list archives and saw it mentioned recently. I would be more than happy to take that on if there was a need (or anything else for that matter, even simple bugs/editing). Thanks!
