Thank you all for the nice replies to my mistaken assumption. Truly, I hope to get my job settled to the point where I can be a much more valuable resource with reading and testing Ubuntu documentation, instead of a crabby voice from the peanut gallery.
<br clear="all"><br><br>Cheers,<br>Thom<br><br>PS - I moved into a house of my own recently and I have just completed the design and hardware installation of what I hope to be the central media server for the entire house. My software plan is to install Ubuntu + LAMP + MythTV. It has been such a long time since I've worked only in command line, so I think I might cheat and add the Ubuntu desktop after I have installed the other things. I am writing everything down so that I can post it somewhere and hopefully maybe an eventual use somewhere in Ubuntu informational content.
