As you've probably already noticed, the new wiki has controls on deletion & renaming of pages. Members of the WikiTeam - <a href="https://launchpad.net/people/wikiteam">https://launchpad.net/people/wikiteam </a> - will eventually have full edit rights on the new wiki, but that's still a work in progress.
