I absolutely agree with both the above statements. I wasn't trying to
pin the dev team down or say that they were less than responsive, but
an official statement from team can carry a lot more weight than just
us talking individually.<br>

Communication and easy access are one of the things that has kept me on
Ubuntu, something that other distros should be envious of.<br>
