Wiki list rendering

Hey there,

It looks like all lists in the Ubuntu wikis are being rendered as
numbered lists regardless of the syntax that's used:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HelpOnLists

I realize that MoinMoin is currently in a state of disarray as a
result of not having updated yet to keep up with the new version of
Python, but am wondering whether this has to do with that or is some
other kind of issue that should be reported somewhere.
