UIFe for the gnome-initial-setup/ready to go screen

Dear translations and documentation teams,

As a FYI we are updating the 'ready to go' screen from 
gnome-initial-setup which is used in the Ubuntu session to match the 
snap-store -> app-center transition we are doing in mantic

It basically impact 2 translatable strings where the appname reference 
is changing and the icon displayed, details and screenshot are on the 
launchpad report
