New Ubuntu wallpapers

Hey there,

As described on the UIFe 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-wallpapers/+bug/1989359 
we received the new Ubuntu wallpapers a bit later than UIF, they are 
ready now and will be uploaded today.

The rational for wanting to the change post UIF is that having the 
wallpaper not showing the mascot corresponding to the cycle would be weird.
