Yes, I remember spam saga and introduction of additional editing
restrictions. I believe there are multiple permissions levels though,
and the exact configurations may have evolved over time. It looks like
the WikiGuide points to ~ubuntu-wiki-editors for basic permissions.
Then there is ~ubuntu-community-wiki-editors which have the elevated
permissions I mentioned. IIRC, some important pages are
locked/immutable, even for editors, so there may be another set of
permissions assigned separately.
I assumed Little Girl was already a member of this team, given how long
they've been around and the link to the bug report on Discourse, but
perhaps that was a poor assumption. Are we able to check whether there
is indeed an editing permission issue either with that page or with
Little Girl's access?
