Adding a package to the Screencast wiki page

Hey there,

I'd like to suggest the "peek" package as a very easy-to-use program
that would make a nice addition to the "Screencasting software" list
on the https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Screencast page.

The description summary (when doing apt info peek) is: "Simple
animated GIF screen recorder with GUI" and the detailed description
is: "Peek is a simple screen recorder. It is optimized for generating
animated GIFs but you can also directly record to WebM or MP4 if you
prefer."

I'm showing the Screencast wiki page as immutable, which I suspect is
part of this bug:

I'm logged in even after a refresh, but have no editing power.
Hopefully someone stronger than me can make the edit.
