We have made hacks job new versions of:
ubuntu-logo.png, used in the yelp and HTML versions of the desktop help docs;
header_logo.png, used in the HTML version of desktop help and the wiki headers.
We will steal a new favicon.ico file from elsewhere once it exists.
The ubuntu-logo.png file is probably good enough forever; the master is not the one currently in [4].
The header_logo.png could eventually use improvement, see the bug report [1]
for more details.
