That's the 'other wiki', not the Community Help Wiki, and you need to be 
logged in to that wiki separately.

But with that said, I see that you seem to be logged in there. All I can 
think of then is that you need to refresh your browser, to free it from 
the cache. Maybe even close the browser and try again.
