On second thought, there is a big difference between   and .
 and  only have 245 messages. On the other hand has 3161
messages, which is more likely the real ubuntu-docs file. But when I
replace /vivid/ with /bionic/ in  I get a message This page does not
exist, or you may not have permission to see it.So where do I find
bionic or artful with 3161 or more messages?
