Fix for samba-ldap guide and release request

Hi people,

I believe this MP[1] is the last fix needed to close #1579209
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/serverguide/+bug/1579209> (Samba and LDAP is
completely out of date). There are still improvements that can be made, but
I think the focus should be firs to get the documentation correct.
Improvemente or bigger changes should be planned for the next LTS.

If/when that MP is merged, I think we should do a publication. What do you
think?
