I remember that. All of those are still valid, too.

Also (and I'm not sure whether this was mentioned in that message or
thread back then or not), for anyone who's just starting out with the
wiki, I highly recommend grabbing the no-install needed desktop
edition so they can have a self-contained copy of the wiki software
on their own machine that they can experiment and get comfortable
