What does it need to update the web representation of the serverguide

Hi,
and thanks for all your reviews already.

If my information is correct we should now at least have:
- samba refresh -
https://code.launchpad.net/~nacc/serverguide/samba/+merge/293442
- ntp refresh -
https://code.launchpad.net/~paelzer/serverguide/serverguide-16.04-fix-time-sync/+merge/294038
- do-release-upgrade
https://code.launchpad.net/~paelzer/serverguide/serverguide-16.04-do-release-upgrade/+merge/293907
- dpdk updates - merged
- openvpn for systemd - merged

And maybe more that I might not have seen.
I know all are busy, but whenever you get to it I think after the push of
those mentioned above it might be time for a new "publish".
