Help me save 'my' Ubuntu help pages before more of them are lost

Hi Elizabeth,
I accept that I am no longer allowed to edit 'my' Ubuntu help pages
because of the extraordinary circumstances. But it seems that I have
lost at least one page,
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/OBI/Xenial-32-txt
and before I lose more pages, I want to save the raw text alias source
code of the remaining wiki pages. But I can't.
I think that last time we 'regular editors' were locked out, we had
'immutable page' and I am almost 100 % sure, that I could save pages -
and that I did save them to text files in my own computer in January.
The files are still there. I would like to do the same thing now with
the current help pages, but the option to view raw text is not available
(without log in, and I can't log in).
Please try to make it possible to change the lock-out, so that raw text
is available to a 'regular editor' like me :-)
Best regards
Nio
