[desktop] Calendar page

I've submitted a merge request for the updated clock-calendar.page.
I have mixed thoughts on this - from my brief searching it doesn't appear
we really outline the steps to simply launching an application, but not
including this makes the text fairly sparse in my opinion.
I was also unable to get the same level of integration with the Calendar
app as what had been written about the Evolution app. For example, the text
said that clicking the first line of the clock (basically the current date)
would take you to Evolution. Doing this in 16.04 does not navigate to the
Calendar app - it does nothing for me. Due to this, I went ahead and
removed nearly all the Evolution text rather than simply trying to replace
Evolution with Calendar.
Hope this helps and I'm open to feedback and thoughts.
