True, but I suspect there are similar possibilities with other browsers.
I'm certainly not an expert on the topic.

In the bug report you mentioned this page as an example:

The behavior isn't unique for that page, or the community help wiki in
general. On the contrary, you'll notice the same behavior on many
(most?) large web sites on the net.
