[wiki] Recent changes page incorrect

Following this up: the RecentChanges page indeed does not report all
changes. Eg if someone edits page ppp today and edited it yesterday -
let's assume no one else edits page ppp during that time - the
RecentChanges page only lists today's changes to page ppp. The page
history for page ppp correctly lists all changes.
