I haven't read anything so far that persuades me that the new
moderated team won't do what we want - yes I know it's a "band-aid"
solution. I hope we're going to carry on and implement it asap. I
think the moderators (whoever they will be) need input from people
like Lyz and Pasi and Alberto who've had experience of moderation
involving spammers. If people need an extra moderator, I'll volunteer.
If I'm going to be a moderator, I'd like to discuss the moderation,
otherwise I'll leave it to the moderators.
