Personally I have always believed that this is the goal of the Turks: to 
force Ubuntu to close its wiki to open edition.

And I also suspect this intention is deeply studied, and they are paid 
by someone who knows very well what they are doing.

I see, so it seems my suggestion is not feasible.

Before making a decision about it, I would ask other communities about 
how they deal with this kind of problem. Like the Security Stack 
Exchange or the Wikimedia Foundation.

Perhaps they can give us some good advice. I can ask myself if needed, 
as I have done before in the past in other topics.
