The script is not published anywhere currently. Some earlier version of the script is published as a fork of bikeshed's purge-old-kernels at 
https://github.com/jarnos/bikeshed/blob/patch-1/purge-old-kernels
but it works somewhat differently and has less features. E.g. it does not 
pay attention to kernel flavor (such as -generic), but merely to version (such as 
4.4.0-31), which may cause some inaccuracy.
