New community wiki editor: David PIres

Hello,

I have just added David Pires (slickymaster) [1] to the community help 
wiki EditorGroup and the Launchpad team.

He fulfills all the requirements and was a great candidate for the team 
for a long time. He can act as a proxy editor for several community 
pages during the lockdown too.

If anybody is against this, please let me know and we can ask for 
opinions from other admins.
