The wiki is already cleaned up. There are no infected pages left. If you
find one, please let us know so we can take care of it.

The problem is that the spammers were creating hundreds of pages, a new one
ever couple of minutes. We couldn't keep up. Locking the wiki down was the
only way to pause the attack.
