Spam is happening again

Hi everybody,

It seems we cannot have an open wiki system. Either some people enjoy
spamming when and where it is possible, or there is one particular
enemy, that really tries hard to destroy our open system.

I think we need a method to give trusted people a 'limited in time'
access to the wiki/help pages (maybe similar to the process to give
admins and moderators access to edit other people's threads at the
Ubuntu Forums. I think a rather larger number of people can be given
such access, at least all Ubuntu members and also other people who are
regularly maintaining wiki/help pages.

(I am maintaining a few wiki/help pages, and would apply for such
access. It means that I can be one of the persons, who can help people
without access to make edits too.)

Best regards
Nio (alias sudodus at the Ubuntu Forums)
