This would require giving full Editor (which is a type of
administrator) access. There's a process for building up a reputation
of editing and working up to this level of authority on the wiki, we
don't want to just start adding everyone. At this time we have no
ability to add more fine-tuned permissions per page because the wiki
is locked down to only Editors and Administrators.
Canonical IS has proposed an additional group of contributors for when
the wiki is locked down which we could add people to, but this has not
been set up yet and our other proposals haven't been evaluated yet
either.
